Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Upon returning an item, please be aware that all refunds will be processed minus a 3.2% transaction fee. This fee corresponds to the payment processing charges incurred by our store at the point of purchase. Here's how it works:

Eligibility for a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned within our specified return period.

Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth process.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Deduction Details: The refund amount credited back to you will be less a 3.2% transaction fee which covers the non-refundable payment processing fees.

We understand that this deduction is not ideal, but it is necessary to cover the costs that our store incurs when processing payments. We strive to be transparent with our policies and provide you with the best possible service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
